Managed end-to-end email campaigns via Zoho Campaigns to a list of 26,000 contacts, from strategy and copywriting through segmentation and performance analysis.

From booth design through on-site execution, I plan and manage every element of WMVision and TravelTV's trade show presence, coordinating vendors, suppliers, shipping logistics, and travel for events across the US and internationally.

Built a suite of custom Claude AI skills (.md files) that function as persistent, reusable prompt architecture, encoding brand voice, product naming rules, audience context, and output formatting so every AI-assisted deliverable is consistent and production-ready from the first draft.
Produces paste-ready captions for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram across both WMVision and TravelTV. Encodes per-platform length rules, brand voice, canonical hashtag sets, and CTA patterns, with five real post references as voice anchors.
Generates Zoho Campaigns-ready marketing emails, field by field and paste-ready, for one-to-many sends across both brands. Covers event recaps, prospect campaigns, news-anchored value props, and pre/post-show outreach.
Produces personalized 5-touch cold sequences for TravelTV prospects when a buying signal fires: a hotel acquisition, new GM hire, or exhibit opening. Outputs a custom Touch 1 and the Reply.io fields that drive Touches 2 through 5. Co-built with Kyle.
Generates structured design briefs covering copy and visual direction for every customer-facing one-pager, datasheet, and leave-behind. Routes between Express-draft-first and brief-only workflows, referencing 12+ canonical layout patterns from the real print catalogue.
Two-skill system covering the full trade show stack. The handouts skill owns postcards, trifolds, and custom pieces with per-show content focus (NAB, ESTO, CANTO). The large-format skill covers booth backdrops, M-panels, and retractable banners, producing briefs and SVG wireframes for Illustrator hand-design.
The foundational skill all others reference, encoding brand architecture, product portfolio, ICP definitions across four TravelTV segments, voice rules, competitive landscape, and a proof library of real customer outcomes. Co-built with Kyle as the single source of truth across all AI workflows.
Both explainer videos were produced entirely in-house, from concept and script through final edit, with no agency, no videographer, and no outside production support.

A 2-minute explainer introducing WMVision's camera system to broadcast prospects. Scripted, edited, and produced solo using existing camera footage, with no external production support.
TravelTV
A 90-second explainer for TravelTV's tourism platform. Same production process, entirely different brand voice: warmer, more aspirational, showing range across two distinct audiences.
